Get a key. Throws on all errors.

Parameters:

scope - a domain identifier, indicating router update, reseed, etc.

Returns:

null if none

setKey

void setKey(String keyName,

            PublicKey key)
     throws GeneralSecurityException,
            IOException

Store a key. Throws on all errors.
